Mar Loi feat Vic Moliner
GRISES is a duo project of the Handpan artist and composer Mar Loi and the multi-instrumentalist and producer Vic Moliner. Bringing together acoustic handpans, synthesizers, bass, percussions and soundscapes, Mar and Vic offer an innovate live show of instrumental and electronic with a touch of experimental music.
Born in Tenerife and based in Girona, Spain, Mar Loi explores sound & different music styles since 2017, when she decided to dedicate her life fully to Handpan. Since her debut album in 2020 Mar has emerged as a renowned composer well known for her ability to express and move deeply through her performances. Mar’s endless curiosity has brought her to explore with different textures and collaborating with renowned musicians in order to change the handpan music scene and bring it closer to all types of audiences.
Born in Girona, Spain, Vic is a restless creator: bassist, composer, producer and multi-instrumentalist. Music and words contribute to inner reflection and external expression, fostering self-awareness and social transformation. Always in search of authentic expression through music and poetry, and new sounds through instruments and production.
They started working together in 2023 on the production of Mar Loi’s third album “GRISES” and immediately they united their passions and became enthusiastic with the production of GRISES TOUR live performances. They have performed during 2024 around Spain and will bring the show around Europe in 2025.
